Village Moom (feat. Pans and Pab)

I filled in norree's harvest moon meme!  ....that would make it a 'moom' right?
I did it in sketches mostly since I'm still getting used to a new art program and it's quicker, but this is probably the first meme I've filled in for a long while!

I filled it in using the opinions of my characters Pablo and Pansy (who I name my farmers after in just about every game) though they mostly resonate true to my own opinions regardless. 

1. The joke here (that I'm fairly sure no-one will get) is that previously Pansy and Pablo went the Tale Of Two Towns route before they could get along and share a farm- Pablo was an avid supporter of Bluebell and Pansy was all for Konohana. After this episode, however, they moved on to Forget-me-not, which probably IS my favourite village out of all the games. It's got some really pretty scenery. 

2. They like the beach. Pansy likes eating icecream, staring at the ocean and talking to Kai/Rock/Anybody that shows up, whereas Pablo fishes. A lot. Personally, I'm not sure where my own favourite place in the map is, since I like ALL of it, so this will suffice.

3. The starter farm house wasn't exactly ideal for these two farmers, since they don't seem to get on TOO well and it was a very cramped space.  I like Gotz too, gathering all the materials and having him build a barn/upgrade/coop is very rewarding, but I think I might like May's tailoring a liiiitle bit better.  SECRET BACHELOR!!!

5. THE COOKING FESTIVAL IS THE BEST MAN AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY I LOVE IT SO MUCH. These two farmers seem to like it too, since Pablo's rather competitive and Pansy likes food actually has a slim shot at winning. 

6. LEIA IS THE BEST   *ahem*  Pablo's only currently got Leia at purple heart, but Pansy already refers to her as his 'fish wife'. I don't think the mermaid would be too pleased to hear that. 

7. ....They are interesting. They have a nice house and interesting relationship dynamics- Sebastian isn't technically part of the family, but he's part of the family, you know? AND ONE HELL OF A BUTLER

8. 'Hot spring discovery' CAN be a romantic cutscene, but only in the male version of the game. I like a lot of the game's cutscenes but this one's rewarding since you get a hotspring out of it. And I thought that was pretty great.  Even if Pansy doesn't. 

9. I don't have much to say about this. Vesta and Chris clothesswap!

10. I think the farm pretty much IS the best place to live, since it's in a good spot next to the town. Fun Fact: Pablo and Pansy named their RanchFarm  'Fine' by accident, because they were squabbling over what to call it and that was the loudest word Mayor Thomas heard when registering it, and so it stuck.
